Terms of Service

The basics

• You must be 18+ and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password safe.
• One family account is for one household. Don't resell or share access.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the billing page; you keep Pro until the period ends, then move to Free. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break tenant isolation, probe other families' data, abuse the API, or upload unlawful content.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We keep encrypted backups but you should export anything you can't afford to lose.

Changes

We'll email account holders before any material change to these terms or to pricing.
